IMG_0466.jpg IMG_0646.jpg I would like to be a test truck. Have built wood ones in previous trucks and they are heavy. I keep a lot of gear in my rig, but not as much as I would if a drawer system was installed.

Sure, I'll offer my new rig as well.... I was trying to decide the best way to carry long guns in the bed... this would work great and is secure as the'17s have locking tailgates with a lid.... I'm in central Texas.. Plenty of Hunting, fishing, and camping....Taco.after1.jpg

    Hello,
I'm new to the Tacoma world but not to car/truck builds. Also a wounded warrior from my military time (12years. Infantry for most and 5years as an EOD tech). Just got my truck a week ago 2017dcsb off-road in white. Planning a hunting/camping truck. Taking advantage of the tree line tent groupbuy and have that ordered as well as a new front bumper already. This system would be great for range days out in the desert, hunting trips or storage for camping trips.

Does it have to be a 3rd gen? Having a decked system would be very benificial for me as I am next to the Rocky Mountains and go camping all the time or am hauling the bike to the track. A decked system would also allow me to store all of my wood working tools and guns underneath! Thank you for considering a 2nd gen! ;) IMG_2152.jpg

I would love to try out the Decked System in my 2016 Tacoma. I could easily do a step by step installation guide using quality photographs as my wife is a photographer and I am an engineer. I would post up photos and answer questions about how useful I find the system. I've done several different builds from engines, house repairs, and even guitar amps. I also write in an easy to understand manner in order to ensure clarity.

I see this opportunity would be a good excuse to start and maintain a build thread. I can share what I'm doing and how I'm using the system with regular updates. I have several projects in process that would be ideal for the system....

    1. Rebuilding my house
    2. Work projects
    3. Colorado camping trip
    4. Camper shell installation
    5. House battery system for camping in primitive sites.
    6. Hunting and hunting related projects
    7. Big Bend National Park Camping Trip

All of those should happen in the next six months. I would keep a Decked title in my signature to the thread.

    20170924_102200.jpg 20170924_102215.jpg
My truck at Home Depot picking up supplies for the rebuild of my house. What you see in the bed is what I carry all the time except the trailer spare.... Work gear, tools, recovery gear, hard hat, cooler, safety boots..... the tonneau should be replaced with a fiberglass cap this week.

Why would I be a perfect match for the Decked System? I have a stocked beer fridge and access to some seriously awesome cookies.

I could use a DECKED system to help store and organize all my recovery and camping gear so it's easily accessible for when I happen upon sticky situations like seen below. I can put the rigidity of this system to the test. My trucks my daily driver and weekend warrior. My gear currently resides in the back seat taking up room for passengers, or my dog. The DECKED system would change that for the better. This system would get put to the test in all elements to help provide the feed back you need. I can do install videos and testing videos and whatever else is needed by you to provide information to customers in the future.

I would love to have the opportunity to test the decked system in my 2017 DCSB.

Currently I spend quite a bit of time helping train various military/law enforcement units on the range (prior Marine myself). I see utility in the Decked system in that I can easily transport class materials and gear to and from the range. I regularly load my truck with a plethora of steel targets and I would like to see how your product holds up under daily use and abuse. Also being that I spend time around law enforcement types it would be an opportunity to showcase your products to various departments.

Also, I do a bit of camping and exploring in my free time, and would get to see the capability of your system in that regard as well. I would of course document my experiences to whatever level of detail you all would like. I would also document my experience with this system on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, if you all would like. Thanks!

New to the tacoma and outdoor world. But as a photographer of primarily cars, i'd love to test out the Decked system on some adventures and take ALL of the epic photos! It would eliminate all of those cheap walmart tubs in the bed as well :D

    Awesome!

I'd love to test this sucker out on my rig. After spending the last couple hours researching drawer systems I just so happened to stumble across this.

I use my truck to do a lot of "Texas" stuff. I'm hauling fishing gear, camping gear, a 100lb German Shepherd, etc. to various spots all over the state. I'm looking to start penciling in more overlanding and off-roading activities within the next few months. I’m a bit of an organization freak so needless to say I could make great use of this.

I could take the time to test a handful of use cases, document the installation process, plus whatever else.

    Boom!

And if you dont like @Jibbs for whatever reason, or love us enough to give out two.
I feel like i would be a perfect match for this product for a multitude of reasons. I go offroading multiple times per month, and camp at least once a month. This system would be perfect for me to haul tools and spare parts while wheeling, and it would be great to hold camping gear ie. Camp stove, propane, rotopax, ground tent in a more secure and watertight location.

I feel as though professionally maintaining a thread is something that I could do easily. I'm very active on the forums and can give a timely response. I am also a current brand ambassador for c4 fabrication. I appreciate the consideration.
