Last I saw was that he was still living in VA but that could have changed.

To his credit, when I saw him at one of the Expos he was helping somebody, don't know whether he charged them or not. But in person seemed like a good dude. It's unfortunate all the BS went down tho, hate when people get ripped off. He seemed pretty knowledgeable and had some good well put together threads too.

The first time I went backpacking, I borrowed my buddy's external frame Kelty pack. Stuff does get expensive for sure, especially once you become interested in shedding ounces of weight from equipment.
