    That is a parking brake breaker breaker 19 mother trucker. Some call them e-brakes/emergency brakes but technically they were never engineered to stop the vehicle, just to keep it from rolling in the 1st place.

    Funny thing, it is the norm on almost all vehicles Toyota builds right now. Almost because the Tacoma, some Prius and some Corolla are still drum.
