There is zero functional difference between a brand new stock sport and off road at 80mph.

    Sorry.

Tires are not the same, shocks are not the same, aerodynamics are not rhe same, ride will not the same.

But you're right, functionally they will both do 80.

Depending on the tires installed, you should not always be doing 80... which has been my point all along.

    Tire speed rating chart.

We're not talking 38" mud tires. He has stock tires which are very conservative on both the sport and off road. (T speed rated I believe ... 118 MPH) The aerodynamics are the same aside from the scoop and wind dam in the front of the sport. Which will give you an extra MPG maybe but not change the handling characteristics. And the OR shocks are better quality than the sport ... neither one gives you rock crawling NOR high g-force turning capability.

    Whatever you say dude...

I defer to your 2nd gen ownership in all 3rd gen concerns. I'm sure you have plenty of seat time in both 3rg gen Sports and ORs at 80 for extended periods.

OP, go ahead and run your truck up to 118mph once you get your shake figured out.

    I'm done in this thread.

My tires are 2p rated but I go xq4 speeds when I'm on the streets going highway speeds with my donut spare on but I'm only doing 25 btu's.

@jizznard any suggestions on how to get the flux capacitor to cool quicker and give me more electric current through the radiator?

No serious question my truck rattles when I put the tire in reverse and go to the left with the donut spare on the truck only 12 lbs or helium in it

Have you tried switching the donut to the other side? Might fix your problem

Helium? I think it was nitrous with the N2 symbol, could be wrong though

My 35" off road tires are Q rated according to your chart are good up to 99mph.

It sounds like you guys need to realize you didn't buy a luxury car, but instead a pickup truck. Speed limit out here is 75 and I have no vibes anywhere 0-90+ that are anything to be concerned with.

Bra, only 2% of people use these for Offroad. We're a minority in here... blend in

I actually recently started running with no rear shocks and it has been quite smooth the last few weeks. Just like a Cadillac. image.jpg
