Anybody run these on there 16 tacoma. I can get them for a good price. Would you shy away from the 10 ply and get the 6 ply?

How good is the price? 10 ply is overkill IMO, the truck can't tow enough to make them useful for that and unless you're doing some SERIOUS wheeling the C's are more than enough. Plus you get better mpg and ride quality. Buy I'm on different tires than you, so don't listen to me at all.

i'm on E's and love them, will run them forever. but i'm on Cooper STMaxx's and 17's. the reason for me is mostly for the ride. i really really hate C truck tires. big wads of bubblegum and they drive like it. just my 0.02. E's all the way, but you'll probably want a fairly soft suspension to run them or they'll shake out yer teeth.

I have the Duratracs in 265-75-16 in load range C, and love them. I didn't want or need a load range E tire.

Same, one of the best all around tires you can run. Especially if you deal with ice and snow.

that's a good point. running stiff E tires like i do, even at low pressure, is not as good as running C's of the same tire on this truck in snow & ice. C's will be more compliant, even though I'm running 30psi/28psi F/R. they are still a bit stiff for regular snow & ice driving... unless you've studded them.

Absolutely love mine. Low pressure i think the E run better then the factory tires that were on it.

I just put these exact same tires on my Taco yesterday. Same size, but I decided to go with the C rated tire instead of the E. Did enough research and for what I'm using the truck, I feel as if the C was the better choice for me. I only have a few miles on them, but so far they seem to drive nicely and I didn't notice much more noise coming from them on the freeway. I have a 600 mile round trip scheduled for this weekend so I should have a better idea of how they run on pavement after that. As far as look, I LOVE them..
