Just finished installing my TRD Pro edition clazzio seat covers. Turned out great! There are some white spots on my back seat that I hope the cleaner gets rid of.

Whats the difference between TRD Pro edition and the double cab edition selecting black/black/red stitching?

The difference is the TRD version is dual stitching meaning it's more subtle. It has red along on the fronts of the seat where double stitching is but not everywhere like if you selected custom version, which all the stitching would be red. The TRD utilizes black stitching for the head rest and any single stiched areas. Hope this helps.

Also a tip for install. If you live in a warmer climate. Leave your covers in your truck over night before the day you install the. The heat will loosen them up and make install way easier took me 30 mins to do the driver seat because the cover slid on easier.

    Hey SilverTacomaGuy.
The leather seat covers look amazing. I was wondering if you had any old pics of the set you had on your 2010 Sport, as that is the year and model I recently purchased. I'm in a bit of a quandary since the truck has the typical graphite gray/light gray interior. Gray leather does not sound as appealing as charcoal or black, and I wonder how those darker colors will look against the light gray plastic seat housing. The contrast across the dash looks okay between the black and gray, so maybe it would be the same with the seats. I just don't want the gray base with black or charcoal leather to look too jarring and obviously aftermarket. I even thought of painting the front seat bases and levers black or charcoal with plastic adhering spray paint for a more uniform appearance. Of course, the center storage console is light gray too, so is it worth all the effort? I was wondering what color leather you chose for your Sport since you probably had the same interior as mine.

I honestly wish this Pyrite Mica truck had a beige interior because I think beige leather would look sharp with the black dash accents, and of course the seat bases would be beige already. What to do, what to do???

    Thanks!

I should have read through more posts, these are the pics I wanted to see. So, those are black seats with that interior. Looks pretty good.

Just make sure, when you order, that you specify whether your front passenger seat has the lay flat feature with the hard cover on the back of the seat.

Thanks for the tip! Both of my front seats have the pocket on the back. Hopefully they cover over well and don't look too bulky under the leather material.

If you install them correctly, you can't even tell it is a seat cover. The back part of the seat gets covered very well by the tightness of the seat cover and you can't even tell. The only part that got semi bulky for me was the bottom. But it isn't very noticeable. Now I just need to get some leather conditioner. It was nice that Clazzio included some cleaner with my seats though.

About 2 months ago, I saw a video of two guys installing a set of Clazzios on a 2017 Tacoma. I don't remember where I saw it. I thought it was on Clazzio's website, but I can't find it there. It was around 10 minutes long. None of the one's I have found on you-tube are the correct one. Does Clazzio Guy know where this video is?

It does mask the old seat pocket well. Are you color combos, black with dark gray insets? I'm really trying to figure out what color(s) I want to go with. I may need to get some samples. I don't want black if it's jet black; I'd like a black that appears more charcoal. In most of the pics I've seen on here of guys posting black interiors, they look somewhat charcoal (not super black), but it may just be the lighting or camera flash. I may need to get the dark gray honestly (which is one of the colors other than black that is pre-made and/or already available for my model).

    Your seats look great though.

My wife wasnt too thrilled about the cost either since i normally get cheap covers but after i had them installed, she said it was worth the money. I would definitely buy them again!

I went with the TRD Edition which is all black with partial colored stitching. The center inserts are actually black they just look gray in pictures by the way the flash hits the perforation. I would not call them jet black, but I also wouldn't say they are charcoal. I would put it somewhere in between. Maybe like a medium black.

I’d say they are jet black. I have them. No “light blackness” to them

Does anyone have pics of these installed in a Quicksand Tacoma? I'm thinking their Beige is the closest color and would like to see pics if anyone has them... Also, I was considering the TRD logo in all black... Again, If anyone has done this, could you please post pics.... Thanks in advance. I am just about ready to pull the trigger on this... I have a Quicksand TRD OR with Graphite interior and I'm looking to gain from others before me... Current thinking is Beige seat with perforated inlay.. all with black stitching (Headrest, TRD lettering in red w black mountains and outline).... Open to ideas....
