Nice truck! I am planning to get rid of my current 11 Sport 4x4 for a 17 or 18 OR 4x4 in the next few months.

What was wrong with your Sierra? I bet that was a big hit on trade, those things depreciate like mad.

What don't you like about the side steps? I'm in the process of buying the exact same sidestep from another TW member. I've place an order on a 2018 TRD Sport M6 but unfortunately it won't be in until mid Dec.

While I loved my other Tacomas, nothing beats a brand new one! My next Taco will be better than this one!

I only had 15k miles on my Sierra and at around 3-5k miles the steering wheel wouldn't stop shaking at interstate speeds. I took it to a local GM dealer and they pretty much told me to go away, there's nothing they can do about it. I looked it up on a GMC forum and I found out it's a legit problem. It's called 'Chevy Shake'. I never heard of it before but apparently it's a problem GM can't figure out how to fix. According to the many articles I read, not just on the forum, that it affects about 10% of their trucks. Actually, I got an extremely good deal on it in San Antonio, TX and I traded it in for $500 more than what I paid for it. I know that's hard to believe but it's true. I paid 30k for it out the door and traded it for $30,500. It was an SLE trim with cloth interior. Sticker on it was just over 45k.

I just don't like the big chrome steps because they're highly visible and stand out. I'd rather the powder coat black ones. I like it to kind of blend in. I'm going to delete as much chrome as I can. All black & silver for me.

Already begun! Got tires already and getting LED fog and headlights this weekend. Weathertech floormats come in today along with the black TACOMA letters for the tailgate. So much to do so little $$! HA!

You don't waste any time at all. I like that in a Tacoma owner.

Not at all. The only thing better than a brand new Taco is a brand new Taco with a bunch of mods. Skit plate, LEDs for all interior lights, darker window tint (dealer tinted it but it's not dark enough for me and the cops around here don't really give you a hard time about it) leveling kit, bakflip tonneau (sp?) cover, and the list is never ending....
