howdy howdy...... work has really picked up. Hot weather gets my trade busy! Cold weather too Kids sports and etc. How's things 'round here?

no. Not a peep. I believe he is doing ok since I haven't heard from him. Funny how getting to know Michele has impacted my life. Our building has a display up front for donations and a place to hang names for breast cancer awareness. I can't walk by one of thse anymore without dropping a coin and adding her name. She was an awesome lady!

 

That is good that she has such a positive impact even after she has moved on. I think of Bill and his girls every time I see a pink ribbon.

how's the diet going?

 

ok, switched from milk to water to go with my shakes. only lost a pound or so this week, but ppl say it 'looks' like i'm losing weight.
did a hardcore workout this morning and feel great. but i probably won't be able to get out of bed tomorrow
