Some of the sites I checked called it a SR5, some called it an off-road :notsure:

This week, I just picked up my TRD OR 4x4 DCSB in Magnetic Grey Metallic w/ Tow Package, 5" Black Oval Side Steps and All Weather Mats for a selling price of $34026 and an Out the Door Price of $37000. This was in Southern California. My math put me at $1428 below invoice on the negotiated price. I'm happy with my purchase.

SoCal dealers are rough, NorCal isn’t really an issue.

Picked up a 2017 TRD Sport DCSB w/ prem&tech, JBL speaker upgrade (worth it IMO), bed mat, tri-fold tonneau cover, cast aluminium running boards, door sill/mud flaps/all weather mats/exhaust tip (yawn) for 38.5k (not including TTL). Got it last December in Minnesota and $ seems to be par for the course.

Agree with calling/emailing all the dealers in your area asking for quotes! Don't mention a trade in until you get your price. Use your trade in prices to haggle too. One place offered me $1,500 for my trade (dude was drunk. When he said that I got up and walked out without saying anything), another said $5,000, and the dealer I went with gave me $6,500. Also if you wait until the end of the month you may get a better deal if they haven't hit their quota.

Finally got a dealer to agree to the following:
2017 TRDOR DCLB in Inferno, tow package but no tech, with a dealer add-on of heated seats (demanded by my wife) for $35k even, all fees included, pre-tax. Two dealers that claimed they'd beat anything wrote back and said "aaaactually.... if that deal falls through come back and see us."

Brand new to the forum, and brand new Tacoma owner. Pretty stoked.

2017 TRD OR DCSB 4x4 in Magnetic Grey. Add tow, all weather floor mats (dealer threw in carpet floor mats too for some reason), mudguards, window tint (live in AZ), but like craven_morehead above, no tech. MSRP $37,000 before mudguards and tint, I think $37,600 after.

I would have been happy taking anything below $34,3xx, ended up getting it for $33,3xx before trade in and TTL.

Driving up to buy the car I spoke to another dealer who was adamant that price included my trade in. Felt pretty good to assure him it was not. You never really win buying a car new, but I drove away feeling good.

Knew I forgot something. It's an automatic transmission.

Short answer, I emailed and called. If you're going to go to AZ, Phoenix is the place to go. There's a couple of volume dealers, and you may have luck with them. Earnhardt has pretty great internet prices. AutoNation in Tempe is pretty aggressive at matching other dealers prices.

Longer answer. Feel free to skip..
Started out with True Car to get a baseline price. Then set up an test drive at one dealer. Was pretty friendly with all the sales guys, figured it's better if they don't hate you plus they have a job to do. Dumbly, low balled at the first dealer, they were nice, but offered me their quoted internet sales/True Car price. Then replied to a couple dealers that sent their standard True Car responses with a friendly email asking them if they had anything that matched what I wanted at a competitive price to what I was quoted. Settled on a price with a different dealer for a Super White at the level I described.

Then, to be honest, I just got lucky. Different dealer randomly called the night before I was gonna buy, told them what I was getting the next day. They jumped on it and gave me the quote that I ended up buying. Plus, they had the Magnetic Grey I wanted, so I was sold. I think being friendly, but not gullible helped.

At the end of the day, all the volume dealers were willing to hit close to the price I posted, but I was definitely pushing it. Like I mentioned, I thought anything in the 34's was a solid price. Really appreciate all the sales guys who tried to get me those deals.

Was concerned that I'd get screwed on my trade, so was prepared to walk if they low-balled me. Did end up making a little less on my trade than I could have private party, but I was ok with it since it counts pre-tax in AZ.

Bought a 17' trd off-road dc/lb AT. Premium tech, exhaust tip, towing, mats, front skid plate, trd air filter, roof rack. MSRP was just under 41 and paid 35,900 before taxes and fees. Thoughts?

0% financing? Never ever seen toyota offer 0% on a Tacoma. They must be trying to push the remaining 2017s off the lot before the 2018s hit the lot in December.
A bank is defiantly not financing at 0% because they would lose money on that loan.

Purchased my 2017 4cyl Taco back in February. It is the one in my avatar. I negotiated the truck down to $25,000 and had them include the running boards and window tint. After TTL, GAP insurance, and maintenance for 85,000 miles I think I financed right above $29,000.

you do realize that the year 1-2 are free on the maintenance. or did you get a 4yr maintenance on top of the factory 2yr free maintenance?

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
    Was yours a 4x4 or a 4x2?
In Feb 17 I put out 30,575 for my blue SR5 AT AC 4x4 -with tow package as it's only option (I ordered it that way). That price included a $75 "paperwork fee".
Nothing else added, no taxes no license fees, no financing, no trade-in -no nothing. Taxes and license fees are taken care of by the purchaser at the Mo Dept. of Revenue offices.
Upon signing the papers at the dealer the truck was totally mine. I like the truck in every way except for the "surging issues" when warming up
