haha.. It was fun. For sure Odessa Doran is one of my favorite trails. I made thru unscathed a couple weeks ago. This time the trail fucked me over with body damage. It's not super hard but it can get hairy real quick.

If I ever get my shocks delivered and my skids put on we should go hit it up...hopefully next month sometime :(

I love HS as a vendor as much as everyone else on this forum, but I really wish they had mentioned on their site that they were out of stock on 1st gen Kings before I ordered...

Putting Redline MT90 fluid in my trans as we speak....can't wait to feel the difference in shifting. Might have go to for a joyride after this :burnrubber:

Side note...having a driveway to work on your truck in fucking rules. No more having to drive 3 blocks over where there's flat ground in front of the neighbor's house while getting suspicious looks from them peeking through their window blinds.

This would make me think its in stock.

Would saying that Online Inventory Management is not updated be more accurate?

Don't get me wrong I like Headstrong and I got my Dakars from there. But the website gave me the impression the heavys were in stock when they were not. Ended up spending extra money for the Lights + AAL.

You made a broad and final statement that's wrong. I'm not referring to headstrong. Im saying tie your ERP and your web backend into each other and you have online inventory. Ridiculously easy actually.

Yeah it just would have been nice to know in advance, I wasn't even informed of the situation until a few days later when I emailed asking about shipping confirmation. At this point it's King that I'm most peeved with, they waited ~ 4 weeks to even get the parts ready and now I've been waiting over a week on King to assemble them before they can be shipped to HS. I get that 1st gen parts aren't in high demand compared to 2nd and turd gen parts, but damn.

Headstrong has been responsive to my emails and did offer to refund my money early on, so I don't have any beef with them. I just want my kangs damnit

    Oh Boy.

I quoted a post specificaly about Headstrong so my response was obviously directed at their website and not a broad and final statement in general. Had I posted the same thing w/o quoting the the post then it would be a broad and final statement that would be incorrect.

2nd gen King coilovers are currently a 4-6 week lead time from King. They make an amazing product, but it does take a damn long time to get them.
