I don't have many pictures of the truck uploaded anywhere yet, but I'm painting wheels and throwing decent tires on in the next month or so, and I'll definitely upload some then. Here's one from back when I bought it:

So I was out in CO this weekend and picked up a little thing.

I've been eyeing Wildernests for a while now. It needs a little work for the long haul but it's serviceable as is. The previous owner's truck is a sweet pre-gen. They also had an FJ60. More, better pictures coming soon and lots of updates after next week's journey from Phoenix to Denver.

That Wildernest matches my single cab better than yours. You should give it to me.

It looked SO good on the white truck it came off of! It was a 90s model turquoise racing stripes. So maybe you're right... but I think I'll keep it for now.

Are you in Denver now? I have some decent experience sewing and would love a chance to help out on that wildernest!

Nice looking reg cab! How'd you like Kennebec Pass? One of my favorite places to go wheeling, and it's right in my backyard! If you're ever in the Durango area again, head up towards Silverton. Lots of great wheeling and MTB up there.

Luke - Woah! Really? If you're interested, I would love the help!

I'm not there now but will be back in CO next week and will be around Denver 10/8 - 10/11.

Yeah! you can't beat it. I'm heading back out next week for a few days.

Kennebec was great. I camped at the last site before you get to the pass. It was gorgeous and I had it to myself.

I did Imogene this past summer. Are there other favorites you recommend in the Silverton area? Do you live out that way?

Yep, I live in Durango. There are quite a few places up towards Silverton. Cinnamon Pass, California and Hurricane Pass, Stony Pass, and Maggie/Minnie Gulch, to name a few. Plus Animas Forks is a really cool ghost town up there, recommend checking that out if you haven't already.

I've never worked on anything that big, but it definitely looks like a cool project. I have access to a bunch of industrial machines at my office, so we could probably make it work!
