My wife has this throw away mentality anytime something isn't working quite right. She would rather toss the entire item, than fix the small component that isn't working. Just told me we need a new washer because ours smells bad. Work perfectly and the clothes never smell, but gives off an odor when it's first started. Drives me crazy and I told her I can look into it and replace a seal or clean it before spending hundreds on a new one. That mentality drives me crazy .

Lol how'd you guess?? Right in the fricken harbour mouth channel.....bout a 15' white cruised out right beside me while i was waiting for a left to come in....there was a nice South swell in the water. Of course it happened in a lull between waves....it was not enjoyable

 

Damn, even I visited Ted when I was in Sac. You can see on his face how excited he was to see me.

It was a great read. I had checked in a few times during the day and had an update or two but got him at 11:30 and I had 6 pages to read through! A change of pace is good!
