What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I gotcha, I have yet to do any sound deadening. I got all mine in including the tweeters and it is much better than the factory. I can now crank it up with no distortion. Previously, I had my highs and mids turned way up and bass down just to be able to hear on the hwy. Now they are set back to the middle with notch or two of bass and volume 40 now sounds awesome at 80 mph.

 

It's highly unlikely that transmission damage would have occurred.

Thanks for posting all the pics. I'm waiting one a single row 30" bar to arrive and will be doing this same install. I want sure where the brackets mounted and the removed front end makes it so easy to to see. So helpful.

Quick question, when you mounted the bar is there an option to mount the bar hidden behind the lower grill or does the lower grill pop out the way our upper grills do?

More along the lines of what I did to my wallet today.
I pretty much emptied it purchasing the OME medium 2" lift and ECGS bushing. I said I wasn't going to do a lift but I need some more room for my 275/70/17 KO2s to breath.
I was able to slip it by the better half without to much grumbling by getting a two night all expenses paid trip to Vegas. Gambling $$ not included. I know it never happened with out pictures but pretty sure most of you have seen an empty wallet before.

nah, i woke up yesterday morning to my brother literally taking my roof rack lol. he was really excited about his own roof rack system. anyways im getting the factory roof rack installed from my dealer. i like the yakima but they sit way to high for my liking.

  • Seventy percent or more of the light from the outside must pass through the window.

i think that doesnt mean 30% is good, that means 70% is good. I believe. thats also what my mechanic told me. Im not thrilled about it either.
