Sliders are great, but with your uses may not really be needed other than to protect from door dings.

You could get a better set of tires in 265/75-16 which will work on your stock wheels and are about an inch taller to give the truck a better look.

    Other options include:
    Window tint
    Seat covers
    Ditch lights

Forgot to mention got windows tinted already.. but I do like the seat covers idea. clazzio's or wet okole's seem to be popular here. any input? They're both pretty pricey

    try toronto.
detached home regardless of sq ft sells for minimum 1mil and usually 40k over asking minimum.

And $800 buys very little in Canada :(

I've seen the Clazzio seat covers, they look incredible installed, but that's about all I can say there since I don't have them myself.
I do have Wet Okole seat covers. Very very snug fit, soft and comfortable, and they're doing their job of protecting my seats.

I work for autoanything and can get you a deal on Wet Okole, Coverking, Cal Trend and a few others just FYI. There are a lot of different materials available to fine tune your seat covers to your liking.

One thing I can recommend on seat covers is get a dark color. I had light grey and black two tone, the light grey got dirty very quickly.

40-100k over asking is average. Some in the toronto area have sold for 900k over asking.

A 1600sq ft semi in the suburbs of Toronto will sell for 700k easy.
Hell my sisters town house in Ajax part of the greater toronto area about an hours drive from the downtown core was valued at 560k

Its fuckin crazy in this city man. Wouldn't doubt bay area is bad too though.

My girlfriend and I watch house hunters etc once in a while and hearing the people say they got the price for 8-10k under asking and we're just like wtf? thats unheard of in toronto/GTA

Yep. I gave up on ever buying a house here. We are renting a house here instead which is still a shiz load.

I remember those day! I moved from Utah a few months ago. They used to sell under asking. That's how I bought my house. But not they all sell over asking price too. Pretty dumb.

Yes it's something I would have to wait for about 2 weeks for next paycheck.. My budget gives me 600 bucks a month of "throwaway" money or do whatever you want money after bills, and savings is taken out.
