Holy hell y'all pay a lot for a house over there

 

That's cheap too. That house is 600-700k closer to Seattle or the east side

 

Even in my hood it would be $700k at least. God damn 3 bed 2 bath ramblers with a 1 car garage are creeping on $500k.

 

The house next door to me just sold for $515k. It's under 1000 square feet. 2 bedrooms. No garage. No view of the water.

 

Also, if anyone needs some back up lights, I highly recommend the OZ USA flush mounts. They're retarded bright. I don't think @Nimitz can see anymore after driving behind me a few times while I was in reverse this past week. $54, I think was the price.

How many miles you got on them? and how have they performed in the snow. I just read the huge thread on them and have installed a few sets myself, seeing a hit or miss on the miles. some wore out after 16k.......

About 6k and they look as good as new. From what understand there was a couple batches of 265/75/16 SL that weren't up to snuff. Fallen has been making sure everyone with super shitty wear is getting full refunds. I really like these tires they have done great in everything I've done with them.
