ebay find -- FJ Cruiser Gun Metal Wheels

I finally pulled the trigger on these wheels from Frank Toyota. Thanks to Bing I received $42 cashback. Now I have to get some new tread to go with them. Thinking of the Toyo Open Country AT 265/75/16.

 

I ordered my set Saturday and received them today. I plan on running 285's Duratracs... I just need to get my lift installed so I can clear the tires.

 

Nice! They look as good as you thought in person? What lift do you plan on running?

 

Way better. I been hesitant to buy these wheels as I didnt really like how they looked in some pics. If I didn't like how they looked I would have resold them on CL. I have ICONS sitting for weeks waiting to be installed.

 

Good to hear... I was hesitant as well. That will be a really nice set up. Post some pics when its all done. Wheels will be here tomorrow, cant believe how fast they were sent. Only ordered them this after noon, Thanks Frank Motors.

 

Just called my local dealer for a price on these ($150 each), he did a search to locate em and said he was showing only 47 sets, or maybe individual wheel, left in the country.

 

i know this is a dumb question but here goes... Do i have to have an ebay account to buy these wheels from frank motors? I have never bought anything from ebay before so im not sure?

Got my wheels today! They look so much better in person and can't wait to get new tread for them. I do like the MT's but not sure if I need them because I do a lot of freeway driving.

 

Just looked and looks like they don't have any listed...anyone know if a new listing is going up soon?

when I log into Bing.com and then search for an item (like ipod), get the ebay link and click, it goes to ebay, but I lose the bing logo and there are no signs on the screen that I will be getting any discount. I found some FJ wheels on ebay and want them, but am strugglin with the bing thing. HELP!!!!!

.....and how did anyone get Frank Motors to have an "offer" price in ebay? All I see is BIN

 

What I did is search "cheap wii" the eBay bing link is usually the first one at the very top left if I remember correctly. When u click on that the bing 8% logo should stay on the main eBay page. Now to the best of my knowledge u can't use the bing cashback and the best offer. It's only one or the other. When u buy it now the purchase screen will show u what u get back. Just make sure u pay the auction via paypal within an hour of buying or you will lose ur bing cashback. Trust me I learned that the hard way

 

as soon as I click on the ebay link thru the bing screen, all bing info disappears and the $ logo or anything bing related is gone

Yeah it didn't show up on my screen til I logged into my eBay account and actually "searched" for the rims

 

I don't know. It doesn't seem to work. When I click on ebay from w/in the bing screen, it sends me directly to ebay and does not confirm a cashback discount, even though the first bing screen implies it exists. Once in ebay, I'm already signed in and search for the wheels, find them.....but no cashback reference. Frustrating. I want to buy these wheels, but also use the process everyone is so excited about.

I even cleared all my cookies and history. Still not working

 

Anybody know if you can get black lug nuts for these wheels?
