Last time it rained was Harvey and we didn't get much. Before that was awhile. Burn ban probably on. Unless I go out there to trash pile with some diesel :anonymous:

Temps in the mid 50's and dropping fast just closed down most of the windows in the house.

I don't do workstations :D Or at least try to convince people of that. I see 2X for the SSD assume your duplexing them? So a TB of storage including OS. Depends on how much "stuff" you got.

Anymore I have gone to just laptops. Gaming laptops for the video cards mainly. And processing power for image editing. You know the drill no matter what you buy it is immediately obsolete and some thing better comes along at the same price. Personally not a fan of water cooled processors. Main Engines on a ship, Internal Combustion Engine, etc. sure. Why do I get the feeling your going to try and overclock that thing LOL. Have fun!

I would join you, but Im not spending money just to buy some and burn em. Sends a mixed message.
Couple years back I bought my wife a REAL Cards jersey. Cost about 300$. Id burn that if I could, but my wife would probably kill me.

No not over clock it lol I did that dance for a while on the dual core duo I have running at 2.6 It Is stable but doing heavy rendering from games or playing in CAD it gets a little warm. You can literally tell how warm that machine gets by walking from into the room in the winter time about half way across to the desk say 10 feet you feel the temp change :} I am just looking to get meh 5 to 10 years out of it like the one I currently have . It has been boosted as much as it can go 32gb ram , 4 VelociRaptor 1 tb drives mains mirrored, dual XFX video 512Mb . If I got with an I7 I should be able to tease it into shape and run it for a long time.
