    Great question, ADV mentioned to me that processing payments will be held off to make sure we get the 16 ppl. If it doesn't for any reason, we will have to make sure we have consensus. Either way, if you're signed up and decide to flake out this deal will never happen and you'd be letting your fellow TW fam down. I personally wouldn't do that and expect the same from this community.
