Previous truck before your 3rd Gen?

My first truck, '13 2.7 5spd 4x4. Got this after I bought my house. Needed a truck and just tired of wrenching on GM garbage.

Traded her in on a '15 SR 2.7 5spd 4x4. Went a little mod crazy as I found TW about the same time.

After tiring of the 2.7 and stiff ride I just traded in for this '17 Sport AT. Loving this truck. Also in the family is my '85 Celica Supra, and wife's '16 Camry XSE.

 

My last was a 2004 4Runner, I had it for 11 years before the Taco.




But the most fun vehicle I had was my 02 Jeep Wrangler TJ. Had that for 5 years and sold it for $3k more than I bought it for, but still wish I didn't.

 

This is funny stuff,
I'm personally not getting any wood over the 6 speed xmission in mine, but even with that its still a better built truck.

2002 F250 7.3 diesel. Best truck I’ve ever owned. I wish I’d never sold it.

2010 Tundra SR5 TRD

 

I didn't think it was to damn funny paying over $28,000 cash for a new truck. Felt like I was kicked in the gut.. But hey... it is all over now...

 

The last truck I had was a 1995 Tacoma. I had it from 1997 to 2002. Kinda wish I'd kept it. 20 years to the month after I bought that one, I bought my second!

 

The 2017 DCSB sport is my first truck. I've driven others of course, but this is my first.

 

A 2001 Taco DCOR. Gave it to my son, sitting in garage as I type, loved that truck, glad it's still in the house!!

 

From 2015 TRD sport MT, to 2016 TRD off road MT. I miss my 2015 long story short I was sold a new truck that was in an undisclosed accident so I basically drove the 2015 for free for a year and got a 2016 no charge. Still wish I had a 2015 but not one in an accident.

What a good little truck. I wish I'd kept it a lot longer.

I think this was the day I spent like 10 hours washing, waxing and cleaning the truck. I'd already had it a couple years. I put the SUPERCLEAN on it. I mean, I washed it, clay barred it, washed it again, waxed it, then when I cleaned the interior, I unbolted and removed the front seats. Seriously, I took the seats out, cleaned them outside of the truck, then cleaned the carpets and all the interior surfaces. That truck looked new that day!

 

2006 Wrangler RHD - can’t seem to let her go even though I have fallen in love with 3rdgen

 

1996 Toyota Landcruiser......Kind of missing it but really loving my first Tacoma. Got tired of wrenching on it.

 

Just thought how "matter of fact" why you hated it was funny, not the financial experience.
just one of life's expensive lessons, we've all had them.

 

2011 4x4 Sport

 

I bought a 17 last week. Solid as my 10

 

74 Chevy 4x4, 86 Gmc 3500, 87 Gmc dumper chassis, 88 Chevy 3500, 90 B2300, 94 Ranger, 2000 f150, 2010 Ranger (still have it). 2016 Tacoma. All except for tha Mazda where 4x4 and all where mt.

 

Depends how far back you want to go.
