    Uhhh I feel like it doesn't take much to fill up a 1st Gen.

    Idk how people do the Ford Ranger. Couldn't even fit my you know what in there.

    It's not bad in the driver's seat, but trying to sit in the back was bad. The second gens look bigger, but they're really not. Maybe a few inches wider. I just upgraded b/c I needed a double cab.

    Peak week. I usually lift Mon Tues Thurs Fri. Active rest day (LISS cardio day) is Weds.

    This week is lifting Mon-Thurs and skip Friday so no rest day in between. Again peak week so max on all my lifts

    I feel like :bananadead:

    You're maxing on all your lifts in 1 week? That's no bueno, IMO. I like to do one lift per week.

    Something about squatting down and sitting indian style and playing Love Take Me Down to the Streets by Wings or some shit.

    I'll do a similar week of maxes but the only lifts I care about are squat, bench, and DL so I'd max squats on M, bench on W and DL either F or SA. It's only Wednesday so idk why he is already fried. Typical overtraining :notsure: and undergaining :stirthepot:

    Exactly when did you determine that maxing during a peak is a good idea? I’m new to the whole powerlifting deal but even I know that’s just fucking retarded.

    Further more exactly how long are you peaking? You said peak week implying 1 week of peak which based off your numbers and what I read last night I could see that. My peak for my meet is 6 weeks. I started off at 65% of my 1rm for a 3x3 for 1 week M, W, S. Then 70% 3x3, 75 % 2x2, etc week after week with week 0 (week of meet) no lifting at all.

    Forgot I have to watch how I use the word max. Wendlers 5/3/1 functions off a Training Max which is calculated off a 1RM.
    So its not my 1RM.

    So this week is just peak week. Forget I said max. I'm delirious.

    I need a protien shake, a cookie, and a nap.
