yes, but I dont think the bedslide will support 1000 lbs when fully extended, if its mounted on plastic

But really though, I think the decked guy said there are reinforcements running through that it can be mounted in.

 

the bed is fiberglass and plastic combination, thank you very much

 

Dont think that would last the way I drive, but if you made smaller ones to utilize the wasted space above the wheel wells, the weight could be supported by the wheel well and bolted to the rail. Just big enough to hold recovery gear or air hose and lockable. @KB Voodoo

 

I am very interested in this. Hopefully it will be affordable and shipping won’t make it prohibitively expensive.

 

Shipping is another issue that we're working on separately. Our rates will be dropping significantly in the very near future.

I sure hope not. It’s cool and useful, but they wouldn’t be crazy enough to price it so high that only people who drive Bentleys could afford it.

 

Ya if the price is that high I will just go without, I understand there is some fabrication involved for this but it is a rather small tool box all things considering. I'm not gonna guess price but will wait and see.

 

Any updates on pricing or when this will be available?

 

The first price we got was higher than we wanted, so now certain parties involved are sharpening their pencils.
