Tracked down the UPS guy while he was doing other deliveries.

 

I didn’t necessarily do anything to my truck today, but I did order the mystery bucket from the chemical guys today. You get $80.00+ worth of stuff for $50.00!

Looks like from the color he bought it to match your truck and you to use as needed. Uh umm. It would look good attached to my truck too. I have weekdays off and would return it cleaned and a full take of gas.

I did not get the High beams. Still running stock.

There isnt any flicker for me but there is a bounce from the bulb sometimes. Kinda like if you ever had a Car with stiff suspension and the projector cut off would bounce. Not really a problem to me. The light output is great. I got the 6500k cause I like some blue tint to my lights. But alot of people tend to get the 5500k. That stuff is pure white and the light output is fantastic.

 

I loved the set up. Everything was very easy to understand. Really the only issues is finding your spots to mount everything. Other than that I am happy with the product.

 

Went in for my 5k service and inspection, had to point out the small amount of seep from the rear diff (I was not on the recall list)they didn’t have the gasket, but luckily sent me on my way with a return appointment once parts come in

 

It's what I'm thinking about doing. I'd like to see some front end shots of a 16 or 17, black with a chrome bull bar. Ya see my little photo, I'm not trying to go chrome-crazy, I just think it might look good with a shiny bull bar. There's a lot of black, low in front. See one coming and from a distance it's kinda bland down there. Thoughts? I know that chrome is not as popular as it once was. I'm probably the same way myself.

I'm not on recall list either but noticed seep on mine too. Have yet to go to dealership though

 

Agreed on the knobs! I just put a set on last week and am very impressed with how much more I use the knobs now instead of the steering wheel controls!

seems a bit pricey! the hose itself was just shy of 2 dollars. maybe since I have purchased enough parts for my XJ from them that they gave me the homie hookup

Even so, I guess 20 dollars saves you hundreds, or thousands in the long run due to rust.
