    Hi

I have front and rears with about 18K miles purchased April 2016. Both fronts leak. I've spoken to Brian at Icon about the issue. He's approved Icon covering the cost of one coiler rebuild, the second second coilover is $100. So out of pocket rebuild is $100.

    Selling for
$895 if I send back and have rebuilt
$750 if you have them rebuilt
    Shipping not included
    Shipping from 93950 area code
Not interested in splitting up set.

Better to buy as a set and sell rears or fronts. I don't think these will last long at this price point

That's not all that many miles to be requiring a rebuild. Wonder why they are only covering one and not the other? Makes me really hesitant on buying Icons again as I had this same issue with the set on my first gen...although they were a very young company back then.

Very common among Icons - they are notorious for failing yet people keep them in business.

Oh, I know from experience that it used to be an issue. My first set were actually Donahoes that were then converted to Icons during the first rebuild. I went through two rebuilds in five years after purchasing them new. I was hoping they had figured it out by now but apparently that's not the case. Very disappointing. Looks like I'll have to start looking at Kings. I can't swallow paying the money that Icon wants only to have to have them rebuilt every other year.
