    Hasn't been his house for about two years, but he was allowed to live there for the rest of his life. Now that he's passed, expect the inside to get gutted and the house brought up to modern code, electrical, plumbing, and styling. As a structure, it's way overdue for much needed maintenance and repairs.

    My son would agree with that .

    From what I understand the new owner got it for a steal because of all its issues. Apparently the place smelled like piss and mildew from all the girls who got cutesy little dogs and let them just go wherever and the leaky plumbing.

    Kind of wondering if there's going to be a home improvement show about renovating it. I'd watch it.
