Thursday morning music flashback!

 

This got me through my 2 hour commute to work today.

 

Too hostile for that kind of traffic. Gotta listen to some more calming music in that shit

 

I started off with some reggae, but then I was getting too lazy so needed to wake up.

 

That's why you gotta find a fine balance between claiming and aggressive. It's tough. I listen to Kevin and bean though. Shits hilarious.

 

Radio is cool, but I can’t stand when they go to commercials. Makes me change it, and then I don’t end up going back lol

 

Ya that's the only downside. Kevin and bean usually isn't too bad with commercials though. Their show is just my daily routine, can't drive to work without it haha

 

The Show on 105.3 i think is better than Kevin and Bean, if you haven't already check it out sometime.

 

Never even heard of that station haha. I dig Kevin and Bean because it's still kroq and they play good music. I'll look it up though

 

got it...true that on the music! It's KCLB out here and its the only rock station out here which sucks pretty bad on the music.

 

I probably don't even get that station out here where the rest of us live

 

I really like"Jonesy's Jukebox"(Sex Pistols)in the afternoon on KLOS and podcast on KROQ.

 

I rarely listen to kroq on my way home because the commercials are non stop it seems. Occasionally if I get the right timing I can get music and Kats box almost the whole way but if I don't get my timing right it's just commercials on commercials on commercials

 

Better than the same spit that's played throughout the rest of the day on KROQ.

 

Even having satellite radio plays more commercials now.

 

Ya I usually hear the same songs every day on the way home which is why I plug in my phone. There's a good mix in the morning.

Ya I don't pay for that nonsense. Not worth it

 

The only way it's worth it is when SiriusFM offers the 6 months for $20 or if you bitch at them like i did a few yr's ago and got 2 yr's for $100.I'm no longer subscribed but continue to get offers in the mail that tempt me at times but have held off.

 

reason i usually listen to Iheart or sptify, don't deal with all that commercial crap.

 

Iheart stills holds up on that.

 

I got the Spotify premium. It's nice. I have my tablet in my truck as well that I download songs to before goin on an off-road trip for music when I have no service
