Dude! I'm sure people have said it before...(I haven't even gotten past the first page) but that front bumper looks killer! nice choice. and nice save on that huge/underbitten front end of the 3rd gens

 

Haha I appreciate it! It was killing me too and since not many companies offer the flush across the top look I figured I'd change that.

Haha. I hope never. I've done it before and didn't like doing it.

When my bumpstops show up I'm going to hack off the end of the body mount so I won't rub that anymore. And then go get a big sledge and massage the wheel well.

 

I'm going to try and do a write up for that site. Won't be as good as yours though!

 

But your truck is cooler and WAY more built so its already better!

I saw the link of FB, but didn't realize it was a full fledged write up! Dude I think someone really needs to do an article on your bumper alone. Its the first third gen I like because of the overbite delete that another member stated. As little of a mod that you did with it, makes it have a totally different appearance. Glad to see the truck getting what it rightfully deserves!

 

Lol thanks bro. Unfortunately I get no love from the company. I don't think they would like that very much either.

 

Of course since it deviates from their design and they might not want to encourage that their product isn't the "best approach." Gonna have to continue the underground style products...I still get compliments on the CB mount man! Sometimes you just cant beat custom!

 

They did say they would build it like that for me but I had to take my truck in so they build it correctly. No way I was going to drive cross country for that

 

Yea true that, sad part is that is likely the only way that they would recognize it. Oh well, if they ever make your version of it you can always flame them for it!
