I wouldn't worry about the financing as much as these guys, make some big payments along the way pay it off in two years, NBD. Get something you're comfortable with, truck wise and minimal monthly payment wise.

When I was 23 I was living large at dad and mom's house and I started looking at Corvettes. My dad told me probably not a good idea, I asked why and he replied because they are not very fun to sleep in !! Lesson learned and I bought my first house.

Look at it this way, you're already on the hook for $20K, not including interest. So, you're paying a little more and getting a lot more truck. Yeah, if you weren't already financing a truck, the smart thing is to buy a house. But you're already past that point. Just sign the papers. I gotta go pretty soon.

As far as mileage, I bought my 06 TRD OR earlier this year with 196K on it and it's just an awesome truck. Granted, I didn't pay $20K for it, but I'm not worried a bit.

I don't think I'll be happy with the mileage.

    Too few to list.
So pass. Doubt you'll find another 4x4 OR for that though.
That truck here in CA would be priced at $29,999.
That's why I said I'd buy it for $21K and sell for $25K the same day.

100,000 is nothing for a Tacoma, look at it this way,the years will catch up without the millage once someone that doesn't drive 50,000 a year owns it.

Salesman to another salesman, "Toughest sale I ever made. Every 3 minutes, he had to consult with his TW buddies..... for 2 hours. Then he had to call his parents"

    Other salesman, "What's TW?"
