I blame Danny cuz we all know Toyota never makes a mistake.

Note I have no idea who Danny is this is a joke as I'm a goof

Not sure why they wouldve. I dont think flashing the ecu requires battery disconnect, but who knows. If danny had, it wouldve been during sc install.

David, you get the pump relocated? Have you talked to Daniel? If you do, might want to let him know they don't do well at higher elevations in the engine bay. That way if he gets another the same thing doesn't happen.

I havent done it yet. I was going to today, but no motivation. And my schedule is going to be messed up, because work asked me to do 4pm-4am for 2 days. I might try it tomorrow

I hate short periods of overnight work. All it does is fuck with your sleep schedule. At least you'll get a little more money, right?

I didn't realize your bike was only 400 lbs, that is lite. Power to weight must be fun.

Its crazy fun! I don’t do wheelies on that though, because I don’t want to crash/die. And its an expensive thing. But you saw the other guys miles.. i have 11k on my 2014. He has 3k. Not saying its bad, just saying i went crazy haha.

The little bike is cheap to repair if I crash

Yeah it's about riding anyways. I have 14k on my Z1000 it makes 135hp, mines 440 lbs approx. Total blast won't do wheelies for same reason lol.

I saw a blue z1000 like yours the other day! I had to take a double take, because id never seen one in person. Im not a fan of the stock exhaust. It looks like one of those metal tuning things that the doctor hits your knee with

Yeah mine had that exhaust I finally removed it and upgraded it. Way better, not dated looking. Originally mine was the similar blue I have now but the Mrs. Knocked it over and has stripped the paint, so I got it repainted but not a flat blue and did way more when painted too.

I “knocked” mine over too. But ill be repainting it this winter, if I still have it. I replaced all the other parts with OEM from the dealer, so its good as new

That's what I did with mine after the gas leaked out and stripped it. I actually had a peg break in a turn like a year later and had to take it into the grass and bail. Ended up getting another tank and getting it repainted to match lol.

Yup. Crashing and dying is very expensive.
