The shock return adventure is more of a puzzle than the bumper. On the plus side, I've put 0 miles on the truck all month.

The shop is doing an awesome job -- the winch carrier is separate from the bumper so we can take the bumper off to make adjustments without fighting with an extra 60+ lbs. Really happy with how it's all turning out aside from having to take the motorcycle to work at 0545 in the morning.

 

Earlier today I had the A.R.E. DCU shell installed with swing-open rear doors (with electric locks), dual side toolboxes, interior LED lighting, high-mount 3rd brake light camera, and ladder rack. More pics to come tomorrow or stop by Overland Expo East booth 75 to check it out in person.

 

Every time I see these I get a boner!

Lubed the front driveshaft ujoints - completely dry at 1200 miles. What will the rear shaft ujoints be like that we can't lube?

Looks great! I was thinking about doing the center section of my hood to cut down on glare, but the shop said it would only last 2 or 3 years then need to be replaced. Any experience with how long the wrap lasts? Does it gray out a bit with sun, or peel at the edges?
