I have moog tre, seem to be fine so far and I drove halfway across the Country

 

For all you guys that have banged driveshafts when was it time to retube/replace? I’ve got some scratches and this past weekend spun it pretty good on a rock. But no dents. Also just replaced all the u joints and carrier bearing in the spring. U joints have no damage and are good. No movement. Drives smooth. no vibrations Out of the norm

Well, my one piece driveshaft was bent so badly that it was hitting the center support bearing mount as it spun. It was obviously time for a re-tube.

That's the only one, so far, that I've bent.

 

Mine has a nice dent or three. No vibes. Still going atrong.

 

One piece would be the way I’d go.

That’s what I was hoping to hear! I’m gonna run it till it’s further damaged which probably won’t be long

 

If there's no NVH I wouldn't touch it.

I'd say if you have vibes then address it, if not then you are good

I currently dealing with drive line vibes...

 

I've got vibration all over when I drive- it's called Nitto Mud Grapplers.

 

I was gonna say my mtrs get a bit viby on the highway but no other vibes out of what I’m used too haha.
