Every single car I've owned, new and old, does this from time to time. It's just adjusting short term fuel trims. It's fine.

You think that's bad, try carburetors.

Just sent off my ECU and automatic gear box files to OVT. ECU file 04B03, which I believe is latest ECU firmware from Toyota.

Gearbox file have 04013, anyone have any information regarding the gearbox file? How many different auto gearbox revisions are out there?

Yes I understand carburetors, however, this has never happened before loading this tune so it's just a little odd.

I'm sure it's more of you not noticing it but now you do because you "changed" the ECU in some manner. Human nature.

I've "changed" the ECU a few times now and don't go out of my way to try and find things. I just drive the truck. The stutter/shaking is hard to miss when it happens as I'll be minding my own business looking out the window and all of a sudden the truck is shaking. My point is this didn't happen with 101.b or stock. Could whatever is going on been masked by the stock tune and 101b? Maybe? I dunno and this is why I'm asking. I promise you though, it's not in my head if that whats you were getting at with "human nature".

No, not at all I don't mean it's in your head. I just meant that alot of what gets reported here are characteristics of the truck that already existed but just now go noticed when we flash the ecu.

But it seems you have a legit new characteristic that you may want to bring up to Mat directly for support. I can tell you on my stock tune, it would shake at idle, but now it is very smooth. It also went more smooth when I changed my ckp sensor (non recall, I paid for it).

Took my truck in for service. Pretty sure it's flashed back to stock. How do I double check? The AC compressor is now causing the motor to jump in RPM whereas it wasn't doing it to this extent after the tune.

I have a few thousand miles on the tune now.

The tune fixes the surging issue?

Mine didn't surge. Idle was stupid smooth. First thing I notice in the service drive was the constant surge.

Ac surged constant PRE tune. After Tune was butter smooth. Sat at 5-600 RPM with no surge and cold air.

That is disappointing. Which version did you have?
Honestly, for me this is the most annoying thing about the truck. I was hopeful this tune could correct the surges so parallel parking wouldn't be such a PITA.
