Hey! What happened to the meat conversation?

I ate a big piece of your meat last time. I really enjoyed how tender your meat was. Your meat is the best. Please put me down for a double helping of your meat. I usually pay more than $20 for that kind quality of meat.

    Too much???

Anyways, not sure if we are camping Friday or Saturday night. Probably not both. Put my son and I down for entrada.

If we are not there I'm sure Pete will gnaw on your extra meat:)

Will do. I usually have extra meat... I always bring alot of meat... Just can't help it. Nothing worse than running out of meat. Thanks for the signature quote by the way.

The new Ko2's look great with the big beefy side wall lugs. 2 guys here at work have them different years apart, they look way better now. Cant wait to get myself a set :bananadead:

Sense were on wheels and tires. I had stock size ko2s on my tacoma then went up to wildpeak at3w. Not quite as aggressive but almost the same performance in my mind and not as noticeable on road as the ko2s
Plus $800 cash mounted and balanced is hard to beat

That was for 4, 265/75r16. Found a random tire on kijiji for $40 for my spare

Also, shop around. Called a place in cambridge and they price matched 4tires.ca with install and balance, but it had to be a cash deal if that matters for you

I got 8 315's for 1800 installed/balanced....That was the cheapest I found close to home. 4wheel parts was close to 2g's before install. Costco was almost 400 a tire before taxes...It can get pretty crazy...
    sounds good man.

Positive they were the KO2s. The were fine for the first 10 000km then just exponentially got worse and worse. After about 20 000km they were scary as fucking hell to drive in the rain with.

Only plus side to them was they had strong ass side walls.
    They were a 255 size I believe.
As do I but meh I want more clearance lol..

I was actually talking to Ski from CT today when I went to pick up the last of my total chaos stuff, he said the same thing I figured with 33s you should eventually regear but its something you can do down the road. Not like with the 35s where you really feel it.

He also mentioned that based on our factory gearing we should be at 4.56 not 4.88 like many on here are saying. I know Nitro is only making the 4.88 but meh. I trust ski's knowledge of toyotas and off roading in general. After seeing the stuff he's built and sponsors, he knows his shit.

And my issue with regearing is I run winters as well. So I'll be going back and forth from a 265 to a 285.
I've heard pretty good things about them, although not as aggressive.

Regardless if I stick with A/T will likely be the Duratrac. According to Goodyear the MTR is technically still an A/T. But very aggressive, almost a M/T. I want something aggressive. So either MTR or was talking to someone at CT who had the Cooper STT Pro on his jeep said he loves them and I keep hearing the same thing from everyone, they're a great tire.

Just got 2 new tires (ko2's) do I place them in the front or rear? I'm leaning towards the rear for traction.

    whichever are more worn?

I'd go rear. Not just for drive wheels but keeps the back end more stable.

Oh god, getting the receipts together to send to my insurance to make sure its all covered.

Made the mistake of adding everything up to see how much I've spent.
Not even remotely close to done since I still want front and rear bumper, winch, possibly gears and still already over $10k just in parts.

Guys, don't do it. And whatever you do, do not let the wife know LOL
