05+ double cab custom sub box, sub, and amps

After getting my HU stolen (http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/84738-hu-stolen-rant.html), I've been doing some thinking, and I'm going to sell my audio system. I've had the set up for about a year and a half. Gently used (did not use it for 6 months of that period) and there is no physical damage.

Pioneer PRS D-2100T amp
Elemental Designs 11kv.2 10" sub

I want to sell everything for $400 + shipping, but I understand that some people may want to part out. I'm willing to do a little bit of that.​

The JL amp isn't available anymore.

I'm throwing in the 2 distribution blocks (power and ground)

The only wiring that I have is the the wires that connect the sub to the amp, and the amp to the distribution blocks (still wired up). The other wiring got ruined when my HU got stolen.

$350 for the sub, sub box, Pioneer PRS amp, and the blocks.

 

will the back seat still go up with this or does it have to stay down all the time?

 

Yes the seats go up. I had to take out the plastic backing of the seats, but most people with sounds systems do.

It's pretty stealth, I mean, when my HU got stolen, they didn't even think to steal the rest of the audio system. Maybe they didn't even know it can fit back there? Or maybe they didn't have time, idk
