Just finished watching Q1 and had to comment before I watched any more.

....unbelievable. You are Ferrari, how do you not have this shit rdy to go in FP3? Unbelievable.

 

Ehh they discovered the problem at the end of FP3 and had to replace the engine. Just ended up not being quite enough time to do a full engine swap.

Pretty uneventful qualifying other than the Vettel thing

 

Gotcha. That make more sense. I wasn't aware they had issues at the end of FP3. I heard Steve Machate (SP?) say something about FP3 but didn't think it was anything important.

Well hopefully SV can get up to the front and make a fight on it. Championship is slipping away....

So if Hamilton does go on to win the Championship , I wonder if all the Rosberg haters that said he didn't deserve the title because of Hamilton's reliability and DNF issues will pipe up this year

Pretty meh race. Max sure got the jump on Lewis and Mercedes seemed to just be fine with it and never seemed to interested in challenging. Poor Kimi too.

Good drive from Seb after a strange Ferrari race weekend. Vandoorne finish strong in the points. And what was up with Strool? From Alonso's on board it looked like he either didnt see SV or just drove into him. His post race interview was...uh...weird, "he just kept pushing". What does that even mean?

When they cut to Vettel driving with his wheel on his back I busted out laughing. At first I was like " no way Vettel got out to pick up his own tyre and continued on" but then I was like " well maybe? ". I didn't see much of the incident though.
