Those are custom painted retrofits. You can do them yourself or a few guys here build them.

No dude you need to find stock headlights, and have someone retrofit them with morimoto projectors and shrouds. Paint too. The headlights you're looking at run around $800

Halo are not legal to be ran on the street, most cops dont care as long as its not blue or red but i would not recommend it, the halos are for show/off road

I was under the impression amber or white was legal as a DRL. Any LEO’s or others in the know that care to chime in for clarity?

Google has a lot of opinions. Law websites have lots of words.

Problem with RGB though it doesn't turn pure white. I hade white/Amber on both my vehicles and no issues at all.

K&N drop in filter, 3" lift with Bilstein 5100's. Fuel wheels.
I don't see HALO's being an issue since BMW's run HALO's as their DRL. The main issue is the color. Legal only white and yellow (amber) can be displayed from the front.

No if you want just the bezel black you don't need to pick two tone. That option is for custom color matched paint jobs. Send me a msg if you have any more questions I'll be happy to help
