How did you get this piece off? I’ve manage to take the whole panel assembly off fairly easily, but couldn’t for the life of me remove that little piece of trim from the panel itself. 2D1F5CD2-1FF6-4A9E-8666-05261D864493.jpg

The first time take your time and keep your screws/bolts organized. They are all different lol. Once you do it once you could do it again fairly quick. I can do mine in about an hour. Will actually be removing it for my new setup and can take some more pics and tips.

You have to disassemble the hvac controls. The trim piece is held in by clips but you have to unclip it from within the assembly

It's easy. Just take your time. Don't be too forceful. If you feel like your about to break something. You probably are.

I took the hvac panel off and unclipped all the flat clips on the back. It seemed to be stuck somewhere in the center, no amount of wiggle or finessing would realease it. Then I figured it must be one of the screws on that back panel. I unscrewed them all and nothing. There is a big circuit board under the cover with the screws. I was too scared to start pulling the boards out to see if there was a final clip under them.

Yeah there's a 2 or 3 clips behind there. Do you have premium Tech package?

I KNEW IT! Thanks, I’ll try again now that you’ve confirmed there’s more clips under the circuit board. Yes, I have the premium tech w/ JBL.

Yours should be easier to take apart than mine then. I believe you only have 1 dial. There are arrows on the dial to help align them upon assembly so it's not difficult to put back together. If you need help just let me know

Which center console? You need to be more specific. There's front console box, rear console box, upper console assembly, etc

The rear most center console box with the hinged lid. I think I figured it out and that you have to take the whole thing apart. I said screw it. I slapped some Velcro on the bottom of my ham and put it under the seat.

Yeah you take off the shifter knob . Lift up the center sub assembly. Two bolts inside the cubby and should come right out
