Yeah, it's called contributory negligence, whereby the insurance company gets to discount any settlement with you based on your percentage of blame for the accident. There aren't many accidents that are 100% no fault, so most end up being discounted. It's just another way that the insurance companies can cheat you out of a proper settlement. Almost anything can be contributory negligence if the stakes are high enough and it involves a sharp lawyer acting for the company.

It has a full floor in it so any rain that gets past the bed rails would just drain out of the truck bed drain holes. Hope that makes sense Lol? The tent doesn't stop at the bed rails is what I'm trying to say

New tires in the rear, because oversteer is more difficult to correct than understeer.

Rear. Our trucks are already fishtail happy. The rears need all the cornering grip they can get.
Factor in the exchange rate, you are not quite in the top 5th percentile yet. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tacoma-mods-how-much-have-you-spent.1883/

    Once I'm done I'll be there :(

besides exchange rate doesn't really matter for that. Its not like I live in the US and spent 10kCND which would be less for them.

I've spent 10k+ in my currency so hurts lol.

Just sat down and calculated.... With tires I've spent $10530 in 2 years of owning this truck.

I don't even want to think of what I have spent on the truck so far lol I'm probably around 5 and I haven't even done my lift yet lol. To the untrained eye it looks bone stock but when u start poking around I've done quite a few small subtle mods. Lift is coming soon tho, picked up a set of used Bilstein rear shocks and used front billy's with 887's. Getting it TW expressed up here from South of the border, probably have it by December haha so all I need now is an progressive AAL and I'll be ready to install it next spring

Yeah the good part is that none of that is repairs, I bet. Toyotas are so bullet proof they never break down or cost much money to drive, except maybe fuel depending on your weight and gearing.

Steering rack was leaking so I replaced it
Lower control arm cam bolts were seized so I just replaced the lower control arms
Fuel pump filter tends to clog around 30k so I Replaced it with the urd upgraded pump and external filter
Leafs are total shit so I classified the replacement as a repair
These are the best small trucks based on my research, but not without fault.

they require maintenance like any vehicle will. I think the best way to look at it is that they can go a long time with less expensive maintenance and repairs, unlike others that you know every say 90 000km require $1000s in repairs and maintenance.

Prior to deciding on the taco I was actually considering buying an Audi S4, but after finding out a clutch replacement once worn cost upwards of $6000 and thats not dealer price, just didn't feel like dealing with it. Sure the truck is slow but I have more fun being able to go anywhere I want and be wheeling and camping, instead of being able to go fast on the streets and highway.
