I'll try and remember. I am probably one of the worst at taking pictures. Or at least actually taking pictures. Not sure if u will do this before Moab or after.

Pull the coilover. Soak in Kroil or a mixture of 50/50 acetone and automatic trams fluid. Tig weld a nut to the stud. Back it out slowly, stopping and going forward a turn or 2 each time, this will deal with the burr if there is one. Good luck

No worries. It's not an enjoyable job, so I wouldn't blame you for just getting it over with!

Just got a New Bedrack and RTT!:eek:IMG_2296.jpgIMG_2297.jpg
P.S what leaf Springs do you guys reccomend.. All Pro standards or Expos? Plan to keep the rack, and RTT in year long. With a couple recovery tools... shovel , high lift. I have a swingout planned in my near future. But besides that would only throw in camping gear and cooler when going on trips

Nothing yet but I'm planning on finishing the rack and adding a RTT. I also have plans for a swing out tire carrier tailgate/bumper combo

This sucks to admit but I'm not running it with any shocks at the moment. I had broken a shock last weekend and the factory springs were so trashed I just went ahead and installed the new springs so I can get measurements and keep building the rear.
So at the moment it's super bouncy.

Damn! Hmm I'm wondering how well the expos will travel with 10" kings. They're supposed to have some good flex correct ? On par with the standards just for heavier loads

From what I've read, they pair best with 10" shocks. I'm looking at ADS because that's what I'm running upfront with the MCM Fab kit.
This is it in stink bug mode

Nice! Damn I'm wondering how I can get a level stance with the expos then:/ there's only so much you can get out of a mid travel setup I'm getting about 3" in the front maybe more . And 2" in the back with the shackle... at least it's supposed to lift 2" with the setting I chose. Think with the gear I have it might settle the Springs ? That the only turn off for me is the stance
Edit : nice truck man! How you like the front kit ?
