2014 V6 6-speed. I drove for 15 minutes, removed the fill plug (a little oil came out) then the drain plug. Collected about what I'd expect, something around 1.75 qts. I put the drain plug back with a new crush washer, then started filling. I only got 28 oz. in. I drove around the block and tried again, no dice.

I'm letting it sit overnight on a sloped driveway and will try again tomorrow.

    Any other ideas?

I'll ask the dumb question, but you aren't filling the transfer case right? That seems closer to what it would take

I would make sure you are on as close to a flat surface as possible. I prefer to fill it through the stick in the cab with the fill plug off. Less chance for it to dribble out early.

Yeah, I did the work on the garage floor which is very level. I figured I'd put it on the sloped driveway overnight, maybe it needs to burp.

Any chance your suspension mods have caused your transmission NOT to be level even when parked on a level surface?

Possible. I leveled the truck when I installed it- so while the truck is actually now level, the front is probably 1.5 higher than the back compared to stock. Hard to imagine that makes up for a quart though.
