    Went with the shiny version because it stays cool to the touch in the sun and dual-lid for better access from the sides. Practical reasons, but still ugly.

    One of the ‘reasons’ I told my wife I bought it. She’s allergic to gluten and dairy so a good amount of her foods have to be kept cold. Will make it easier when camping.

    someday I know she'll be cool with lots of offroad purchases....as it is now, i'm the only breadwinner living in one of the higher housing markets in the nation, paying outrageous child support, supporting her going to school full time to finish, and we also have a 9 mo. old son....so for our house, every dollar matters. I'm just happy to have a bitchin' truck at this point lol in the future things will be different ;) consider yourself blessed

    I also have outrageous child support and only bread winner. I feel you in that aspect. Things got real tight again for my wife and I about three months ago. Her ex decided he didn't want to have split custody and left both my step children with us. Now I work five twelves and an eight on Saturday. Commute is two hours one way. Good thing is my employer buys me new snap on tools every November. So I don't mind the hours.
