    If you go back a few pages I posted a link about a dsm forum that explains the AEM very well and how to get values. I used their guide and it seems to be pretty solid. Essentially you fine tune 3 values (fuel%, ignition and o2/wideband offsets) once you have several basic things worked out.

    A little. Wiring is spot on, but the instructions for tuning, are basically all YouTube videos- Haltech Technically Speaking.

    Plus you have a few of us using it currently.

    If you can get someone to get you a good base tune to start with that will help out a bunch. From there datalogging is the way to go. Make a run while logging, then look at where you need to adjust your tune. If you can have someone ride in the passenger seat with you, that's ideal. Then they can make real time changes and they see fluctuations in the AFR.

    i would like to have a reliable system that is designed to work with 100% e85, but I don’t mind how it is now. Since I already have methanol injection, I can realistically just raise the boost however much I want and just add bigger nozzles. The only problem is part throttle boost.

    I am guessing, but have a strong feeling that the 3rz and 2TR use the same crank trigger. In the latest Haltech update, the 2TR crank trigger was added to the list. I don't believe the 3rz crank trigger is in the system.

    Should they be the same, being that the short blocks are the same, that would the selection you'll want to choose. Otherwise you'd setup a custom trigger.

    Then you need to know the injector flow rate, and their dead times.

    What do the fuel tables look like in the Haltech software? I haven't used Haltech since E6K days. I'm wondering if I sent you a screen shot of my fuel table if you could key in the numbers to use in the Haltech software. I'm guessing you could probably do that with the timing table regardless of tuning software. The timing table I'm using right nowis pretty awesome.

    I forgot what size injectors are you planning on using?

    My Injector Dynamics/Bosch 1300cc injectors came with some scale. Hopping onto the Injector Dynamics website, they had a scale for the Haltech. Bam.

    Here's what mine looks like. X and Y axis are flipped. And manifold pressure is in kPa. I'm only using 550 injectors. Does the Haltech have you choose injector scaling?
