I think I'll call it the 'fix my straw cowboy hat' mod. The hat lives in my truck and usually ends up crushed under something or someone, this trick has fixed it every time. You can also spot my clothes bar in this pic, I'll try to take a better one of it later.

Yeah, and being that I taught for 3 of those years only 10 miles (TOPS) roundtrip from my house, it really does seem outrageous. But I am always on the go, making trips to neighboring states quite often and such. I also have this thing about having to drive places because I get carsick easily, and of course I'd rather drive my truck than anyone else's. I guess that's why I've never done much modifying to it, been too busy putting miles on it. Trying to slow down a bit and fix it up to be nicer like many of the ones on here. Not as nice, but I like having something to aim for.

The guy at the store where I bought it saw that and his face lit up -"NOS!!!!????" My look of horror said "No"

I am removing all my positive leads that I added to run my lights and whatnot that I don't want to always be hot and making that carbon switch my AUX power killswitch via monster relay. That way I don't leave anything on (always seem to as of now), and it acts as a setting saver of sorts. More info in my sig.
