We're going to have to start calling that truck Herpes,,, once you have it, it just shows up when it wants to and probably at the worst time.

Yeaaaa I wasn't expecting it to come back so soon especially mid build with this truck. I'm way more excited to build the race truck than the crawler but it'll be nice to have the crawler back. They all looked good together

 

so 2tr turbo project is now a maybe?

Trash. Was gonna go high clearance by cutting the front cross member and doing a tube style bumper with a winch.

 

And here I thought that was important lol

 

They do it on prerunner trucks all the time for clearance. You just cut the stock bumper horns and move everything up basically. Obviously can't use a stock bumper anymore at that point tho

I'm almost to the point of figuring out what Ima do with the gauges/dash.

I can't use a tablet cause the stock ECU uses a OBD-1 Which is lame and doesn't have Bluetooth options

So I'm gonna need real gauges until I go standalone and all that.

 

Gauges? We don't need no stinking gauges!

 

Def need oil pressure, coolant temp and AFR gauges lol
