It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
have any of yall gotten to check out the FT bullseye in person? seems interesting...basically just a rear sight that acts similar to a red dot. no front sight.

I think I'd want to handle those in person before committing to a set. That said they look promising

I used to. Motorcycle jacket was stiff enough that it didn't print hardly at all, and it had an inside chest pocket that was just the right size for my Shield. Had to sew the back side of the pocket to the jacket's inner liner, though, because it was just stitched at the opening. Before I stitched it up the gun would just hang and it made for an uncomfortable ride and a difficult draw.

I've played with a set on a demo gun. They're actually a lot more promising in hand than they seem online. That being said, I haven't shot a gun with them on so I don't know about accuracy/speed.

Also, I took my G34 build to the range today. Shot for speed at 7 yards - it's insane what a long slide, fiber optics and a competition trigger will do to your shooting. I was running full mags through the gun shooting as fast as I could get the front sight back on target and getting really good groups. All easily in the A zone at full speed. It's a natural pointer. Ready to hit the next local USPSA match I think.

That sounds awesome. I'd love to modify my G19 and do that but I carry it so I want to leave it alone aside from night sights

Reliability and how it would look from a legal standpoint if I was ever forced to defend myself. Probably wouldn't matter but :notsure:

I don't worry about it much. The most skeletonized factory gun I know of was the military sidearm for the last twenty years.

Anyone here have any experience with the Taurus PT111? I picked one up cheap after it being recommended by a friend and watching countless reviews. It seems to actually be a reliable and fairly accurate pistol. I've enjoyed it aside from the trigger being super stiff. I've never had a single failure to feed or eject shooting various brands of ammo. I am wondering if there is any work that could be done to lighten up the trigger. I know its designed a certain way because of its second strike ability, but don't know what that means for trigger work. Any thoughts would be nice, and I also don't really want to put hundreds of dollars into it since the gun only cost $200 or so brand new to purchase.

I think that he was pointing out that the Beretta is 'Skeletonized' from the factory, since the whole top part of the slide is 'missing' from the ejection port forward.

Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
are you talking about every trigger pull or just the first? I have put 50 rounds or so down range through one, and I thought the reset on it was very acceptable. The break on the first pull is kind of weird because of the 2nd strike capability I guess. I'm a revolver guy so I dunno if this is a thing for striker fired guns, but are there spring kits or something you can get for it for the trigger?

Any pics of them on your 19? Been looking for a set of sights for my 27.

I didn't see any TFO Pros in my quick Google search. I found TFX Pros or TFOs, but no TFO Pro.

Good deal... I really like the looks of those! I also saw that TruGlo is running a $20 mail in rebate on the Pros and $15 on the TFO sights through the end of the year.

    Appreciate the pic!
