Depends on what year your Tacoma is. Earlier years you can do by yourself, newer Tacomas need to have a dealer do it.

 

Do you get hyper flash with these?

 

Are those tail lights mostly cosmetic or are they much brighter than stock?

 

Much brighter in my opinion.​

That being said...I bought them because I like the way they look.
