I did it in Big Bend as well and it was ok, was a lot better this time as I have a Klymit sleep pad to lay on now.

 

@reasonselzzz is coming from College Station and going to meet us at HF on Saturday. Maybe you could work something out with him?

Dang CS is 2.5 hours out of the way, closest meeting point would be Waco which is 1.5 hrs from CS.

It IS on the way from Houston tho, could some one from their group whos going to HF pick them up and bring em to HF? Maybe fajitas21 since thats who im giving the lift kit.

What does the AF mean? I keep seeing that on the forum lately. I always read it "as F*ck" but not sure that's what it really is.

 

Shannon was last month, but we haven't decided on where the next one is. @Zac of all trades needs to lock down the date and start taking location suggestions. Also need to decide Saturday or Sunday. @hoarder23 and I had mentioned Division Brewing in Arlington. @Beef Nachos suggested some places in Deep Ellum.

Have yall been to Division Before?? Just looked at a map and Im not sure what there parking lot situation is, one other place in Deep Ellum is Braindead Brewery. Ive been there before and have a pretty good selection and they do have a parking lot right next to them. Just have to see who owns it.

See below where we talked about it. I haven't actually been there myself to confirm the parking situation. It's "downtown" Arlington so there should be several other places nearby to park. We may just not be able to park all as a group if we don't show up at the same time. This place has an outside area near the parking lot so we can at least see our trucks. Several places nearby to eat as @hoarder23 mentions.

Well its up in the air now my buddy Im going with is kinda flakey but I may go with out him and then a bunch of my friends from back home decided there gonna go to Wanoka to ride some dirt bikes and rzr's for Halloween so idk really its looking like its gonna get pushed back to the second weekend in nov.

 

I'd be comfortable at the National Park alone, but the State Park is supposed to be more remote and rugged. Weather would be pretty nice out there though. I might try to go again next spring when my dad comes to visit.

 

Well theirs always an open invitation for anyone to go with me, I try and go camping somewhere at least twice a month but ive been slacking lately.

Called that place for that rear quarter panel that is on Carparts, they want $450 for it. So going to keep looking here and there.

Found a salvage TRD offroad locally, same year and everything that had a front end collision, but they are selling the entire truck. :/

 

Come to Hidden Falls this weekend. Some are camping Friday and Saturday.

 

How much is the whole truck? How bad is the damage?
