I use the metal "loop" where the tail gate latches - works great

That option usually works for me, but I have managed to bust a couple bottles that way. I ended up just riveting a Starr X to the front of my sailboat trailer. 9/10 times that I need to crack a beverage around the Tacoma it's when we're at a regatta and are camping at the venue.

Chief Taco: My opener is the Starr X in black and inconspicuous. No glaring logos, flashing lights, etc. to attract the attention of LE or snoopy others who wonder why you need a bottle opener in the bed of a truck. Blends in nicely with the black bed, tie downs, etc.

The Yeti is nice, but possibly over-engineered. 4 fasteners seem excessive for a bottle opener. If my Starr X doesn't stay secured, then I would look at the Yeti.

I've used this location on my last two trucks. Make sure you mount it high enough to clear the tallest bottle you are likely to open. Every few weeks, mop up beer spills and loose bottle caps. Cheers!!
