    Go get a Frontier then.

They are the exact same truck. There is absolutely no difference in the suspension at all. You just can't get the Denali trim on the Chevy. Must be a whiff of unicorn fart in the GMC....

You think you've got it bad?

    1. My damn passenger side floor mat slides around, especially when fat people wedge themselves into the passenger seat, I see this killing resale value down the road.
    2. My white paint shows too much dirt - it should be an off-white...think eggshell or Swiss mocha...but stupid Toyota is always sticking it to us with wimpy color palettes.
    3. There is no holder for the gas cap when you fill up - now the area by my fuel door is going to get all scratched up. WTF?
    4. The entune touch screen shows a lot of fingerprints - they ought to include a free screen towel in the glove box. Instead I now have to buy one and until I do, my touch screen looks like ass.
    5. It drives like a truck - I did not notice this during the test drive for some reason.
    6. It gets fuel mileage like a truck - why the hell is that?
    7. It handles like a truck - stupid Toyota truck should handle like a car, not a truck.
    8. The new car smell its actually off gassing and it gives me a terrible headache - they ought to store these on the lot with the windows open until the smell goes away.
Toyota has obviously produced an inferior product. The resale value is going to plummet I tell ya. Wait until the new Ranger comes out....it's a Ford, it will be PERFECT.

My all time average is 41 siriometers per cord and rick (sms/cr)....that's over about 2400 sheppeys.

I'm actually really pleased with it.

My Ram gets about 23 rods per coomb, Pretty good for a 3/4T crew cab diesel if you ask me.

    18mpg on 3" with 33s

    91 as well.

I didn't read the thread, so sorry if this has been addressed. Are you accounting for the oversized tires and doing the math to compensate?

I have run 87 octane on every single tank and now just over 14000mi. I average igh 21's to 22's - seen some 23 & 24 on multi hour highway trips. I do have a tonno cover though

Some of it is variations in driving habits and conditions, but some of it is people being just plain wrong or straight up lying about their mpg. I think this is my first TW pet peeve..... I could see averaging 24+ mpg once or twice with a strong tailwind or something, but to get it consistently just isn't possible. For most people getting the EPA estimated numbers is nearly unattainable. If you want good mpg with this truck, keep the stock tires.

Not sure if your aware but the rear ends (Dana 44 variants) in the frontiers are known to grenade. Dealers replace them all the time... I mean all the time. Also I don't get why ppl on here complain about drum brakes? So whiney.

    Well...maybe,

If you live in Kansas, miles and miles from any stop signs and or stop lights and never go over 55? Perhaps a consistent 24ish+ is possible. Lol.
