have you driven with one or more of the buttons undone for your dog? does it cause any other buttons or velcro to come undone from the the wind?

I haven’t and wouldn’t suggest that. I think it would beat on the rest of the buttons and supports.

    Just my .02c tho

I have not yet, but plan to when the weather gets nicer and have a chance to test the dogs back there. Just had him in there checking it out after I finished. It is list as an option in the instructions from Softopper, so I assume that it won't be a big deal. That said I will probably only do it on trip that will be 45 and under at least until I get a feeling for how fabric reacts.

I never saw that in the notes from softopper. I do like driving around with the sides all the way up. Looks pretty beast

I got mine 4 days after ordering it. But I am local to them and they had the one I wanted in stock so I am sure that helped.

If you look at the instruction on their website it has it listed under the Optional Driving Positions section. They don't go into great deal about it though so I will be testing it first on some short drives.

For you guys with Bestop Supertop. Do you know if there's a way to roll up the clear plastic window on next to the cab? I know the Softop does, but I like the BT I wanna make sure I can interact with the dogs if I have to put them in the back.

In either topper, if you roll up the front, you'll want to roll up the back (and maybe sides) as well if you're driving with it up.

    Reserected from the dead.
I've had mine for 2 years now. I never Velcro the back flap. It only flaps a small amount in certain wind conditions.

Just picked one up from a local guy. Any ideas on how to secure the cover behind the cab? I tried Velcro but I can't get it to stick..

K, that what I was thinking. Have you tried to drop the center down a notch? Maybe will allow you to readjust the front and reduce some of the drag. Anyways, love mine, money well spent.

I have noticed any drag really. But I will try that. I'd be willing to sell it. I want a tan one to break up the black.

Ya, I could see that. What about grey? I went with black on MGM.
