    I presume you are testing 1.02C? Does this mean that 1.02C (at this point) holds 4th gear at 66 mph in a 15 mph head wind traveling on flat land and won't upshift at all because it can't maintain that speed in 5th or 6th? That doesn't sound good. I guess without more context a post like this creates more questions than answers...care to add anymore info or context?
